Reports to: Executive Director, Director of Operations

Location: Youngstown, OH

Position Overview: Broadway Recovery Services (BRS) is seeking a skilled clinician and supervisor with extensive mental health and/or substance abuse experience in adult populations to act as our Director of Clinical Services at our Youngstown locations. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for providing clinical leadership and policy direction for all mental health and substance abuse outpatient treatment programs; facilitating groups and maintaining billing at our Clubhouse facility; maintaining accepted standards of clinical practice and legal and ethical regulations throughout the organization; and providing administrative and professional supervision of all clinical staff.

Specific Job Functions/Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight for outpatient services to help ensure excellence in service delivery.

- Develop, update, and implement clinical procedures in accordance with OMHAS, CARF, and Medicaid standards.

- Ensure billing is in compliance with OMHAS, CARF, and Medicaid standards and sign off on notes submitted by clinicians with dependent licensure.

- Provide individual and group clinical supervision for mental health and substance abuse clinical staff including QMHS, LSW, CDCA, LCDC, and Peer Recovery Supporters

- Assist staff with urgent clinical situations and provide supervisory crisis coverage.

- Perform diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy in an outpatient mental health facility setting.

- Represent BRS at meetings with community partners.

- Provide training, mentoring, coaching, and motivation to clinical staff with dependent licensures.

- Regularly provides feedback regarding new services and developments in current services that may improve the organization.

Qualifications:

- Must possess an active LPCC-S or LISW-S licensure in the State of Ohio with no previous or current disciplinary action. Must possess or have a plan in place to obtain PRS-S (Peer Support Supervisor).

- A minimum of 1 year of clinical supervisory experience.

- Strong knowledge of the Medicaid billing process.

- Able to be credentialed with all Medicaid and various other insurance companies.

- Extensive clinical experience working with adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders including diagnosing of mental health and substance use disorders.

- Collaborative and team oriented.

- Demonstrates strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong computer literacy skills including but not limited to Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Microsoft Applications, and Google Suite.

- Willing to travel between Youngstown and Boardman locations as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
