We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of your assigned location as well as monitoring and supporting your team. Your attention to detail and excellent supervisory skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our customers and your team members alike.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operation and activities of assigned parking personnel
Directs subordinates in enforcing compliance with parking rules and policies
Responsible for the maintenance and equipment of an assigned location
Knowledge of operating safety factors common in the parking industry
Must possess a clean driving record and be able to drive standard-shift automobiles
Responsible for the training, scheduling, and reporting of all subordinates
Effectively and efficiently operate your assigned parking location

Experience :

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred

Experience with cash register operation, and cash handling

Experience in Supervising in the parking industry

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission

Being bilingual is a plus

Knowledge of safety procedures and factors common in the parking industry
