The role
As a senior technical writer, you will partner with product and operations teams to deliver accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand documentation on Aalyria's Spacetime technology. Aalyria's technologies cover advanced networking, satellites and niche communications systems. You will be instrumental in enabling partners and customers to understand and integrate cutting edge technologies in furthering their business or mission objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Write government proposals for Spacetime
- Develop technical learning materials for Spacetime
- Assist the engineering and proposals teams with responding to RFIs and Milestone completion documentation
- Develop partner / customer onboarding guides
- Outernet contributions : Open source API documentation.
