Business Job Title: Data Analyst Intern
Job Summary:
- The Data Analyst Intern will work closely with Sales Incentive Program Analyst on key projects to provide value to the sales operations of Broan-NuTone. The role will focus on providing assistance in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights into sales performance and make actionable recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the maintenance and implementation of the sales incentive program
- Collaborate with the sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and incentive program effectiveness
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve sales processes and strategies
Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, math, technology or related field
- Ability to work 40/week during the summer
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Power BI a plus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
