Job Title: Product Support Intern

Job Summary:

The Product Support Intern will support and focus on Product Support resource material management. Operating in multiple systems and managing different inquiries from our customers through troubleshooting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Streamline Resource Material, moving and centralizing to one main reference location for Product Support Shared Files
• Update Data in the shared files, as new documentation data, video and photo reference becomes available.
• Assist in processing needed paperwork, updating Servicer files and department instructions as directed by Manager.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be working towards a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering or other technical disciplines.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with teams comprised of diverse functions and backgrounds.
• Able to handle a broad range of activities with a “can do” attitude.
• Self-starter able to manage own time and tasks while holding self-accountable.
• Creative thinking and ability to provide new ideas/concepts for "continuous improvement" for processes.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite: Work, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Communication Skills
• Technical – inquisitive Mind

Physical Requirements:

• Work in an office / remote setting, using a computer and on the phone for the workday.
