You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing personalized styling advice, and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage clients in a professional and friendly manner, establishing strong relationships.Provide expert advice on menswear and womenswear, including suit fittings, styling, and accessory selection.Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, product features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and exceptional customer service.Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest merchandise.Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall client satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic store environment.Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.RequirementsProven experience in luxury menswear sales, preferably with a focus on suits and formalwear.Demonstrated experience as a stylist or in a high-energy womenswear sales environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to provide personalized styling advice.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.High level of professionalism and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
