Position Summary : Brock Built, a leading homebuilder in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing and sales initiatives, from project positioning to digital campaigns, while working closely with various departments and external vendors. If you're a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a passion for marketing and strong attention to detail, we invite you to apply and contribute to the growth of a trusted Atlanta homebuilder.Job Functions : Marketing & Sales Support : Project Positioning & Execution : Assist with positioning of marketing and sales initiatives, including timelines, advertising, signage, and collateral design.Sales Center & Model Coordination : Support the setup and design of sales centers and model homes, ensuring proper marketing materials and tools are in place.Brand Consistency : Ensure brand standards are maintained across all projects, marketing materials, and sales assets.Marketing Collateral : Assist in the creation, proofreading, and fact-checking of all marketing materials.Vendor & Third-Party Coordination : Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors such as signage companies, digital advertising consultants, model decorators, and creative firms.Marketing Estimates : Gather estimates and source materials / services for marketing and sales initiatives.Database & Inventory Management : Maintain the vendor database, organize community marketing files, and track inventory of marketing collateral.Digital Marketing & Website Management : Website Maintenance : Update, audit and manage division, community, and home-specific content on the company's website using the Content Management System (CMS).Website Changes : Execute regular website updates, including content additions and adjustments as requested by the division.Social Media & Online Reputation : Oversee social media channels and manage the company's online reputation for all communities.Advertising & Campaigns : E-Blast Campaigns : Execute email marketing campaigns, copywriting, proofing, and distribution.Advertising & Digital Presence : Assist in the management of online advertising and digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and paid ads.Event Coordination & Community AppearanceEvent Management : Coordinate marketing events at sales centers, including event logistics, setup, and attendance as needed.Community Upkeep : Ensure that marketing tools, signage, and materials are properly maintained and replaced as neededAdministrative Support : Invoice Reconciliation : Assist in the reconciliation of invoices related to marketing activities and services.Marketing Materials Inventory : Oversee the general upkeep and organization of marketing material inventory.Other Duties as AssignedJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field.2 years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail; experience in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.Familiarity in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), email management systems, photo editing, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).Knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a sense of urgency and flexibility for travel with evening / weekend work as needed.Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.What We Offer : Comprehensive health insurance planBonus program401(k) Retirement program with generous company matchPaid Time Off Paid HolidaysParental LeaveTuition AssistanceCell phone allowanceGas allowance This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
