We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to manage our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing and recording financial transactions and oversee the entire accounts payable / receivable / payroll cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
- Manage and monitor the AP / AR aging reports and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage all payroll activities for processing bi-weekly non-union payrolls timely and accurately in accordance with established deadlines
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions.
- Review and verify payroll data, including employee hours, wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising the team on necessary adjustments.
- Perform special projects assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.
