What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Representative position at Brock Cabinets?
Commute daily to our customers job sites to take accurate measurements of all areas of the new construction home that have cabinets and countertops in them.
Collect any unused or extra cabinet parts and trim and return them to stock in our warehouse.
Have a working knowledge of residential blueprints.
Complete a Quality Inspection report for our customers after cabinets have been installed.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all our customers/builders and our internal departments to successfully run your territory.
Vehicles and tools are provided by the company.
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record MUST be clean.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
Must be willing to learn how to make small repairs to cabinets.
Must have good written and verbal communication.
Must be able to stoop, lift, bend, and climb around job sites to get the job done.
Must be able to read a tape measure and add and subtract measurements.
