We are currently seeking Service coordinators to join our Service department here at Brock Cabinets.
Job Description
- Build and maintain good relationships with Builders/Homeowners.
- Monitor builder schedules and set expectations for service requests.
- Work closely with the assigned builder(s) to eliminate dry runs.
- Research and order any missing inventory to resolve incomplete orders.
- Work closely with the scheduling, warehouse, and delivery teams.
- Follow workflow procedures throughout the department.
- Job duties are subject to change as the job position develops.
- Schedule and communicate with technicians

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Attention to detail, organized, and ability to multitask
- Microsoft Office and Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
