```Duties:```
- Oversee all documentation related to construction projects including, but not limited to, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. -Communicate with architects/engineers, subcontractors, and vendors regarding required documentation -Create and manage spreadsheets and applications for each project
```Experience:```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role OR construction supervisory role
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
