Duties

- Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support.
- Present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Experience
- Proven experience in product development and project management roles in a construction setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate agreements with external partners.
- Experience using Microsoft, Work, Excel.
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
