This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on complex and strategic investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential investments.
- Perform due diligence on secondary transactions, including fund and direct investments.
- Support deal execution by preparing investment memos and presentations for internal committees.
- Monitor and manage portfolio investments, tracking performance and identifying value creation opportunities.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify attractive investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior team members and external stakeholders, including fund managers and advisors.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related financial discipline.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate investment insights clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; CFA or MBA is a plus but not required.
