Scaffold Builder

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scaffold Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be capable of building and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to project specifications.
• Ensure all scaffolding is safe, stable, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals including carpenters, masons, and drywall installers to coordinate work efforts.
• Perform inspections of scaffolding structures to identify any potential hazards or issues.
• Assist in flooring installation, plastering, concrete finishing, stucco application, and caulking as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scaffold building or related construction fields.
• Familiarity with flooring installation, drywall installation, plastering, concrete finishing, masonry, stucco work, and carpentry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.78 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Beaumont, TX 77701: Relocate before starting work (Required)
