Brock Ohlson Injury Lawyers is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to our clients' litigated cases.

Responsibilities :

Draft and review all pleadings
Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal rules
Coordinate and perform all post-filing work

Qualifications :

4-7 years previous experience as a personal injury paralegal

Familiarity with legal research

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Familiarity with cloud-based case management system (Filevine)
