Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional legal representation while managing a high-volume caseload.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and provide sound advice on legal and regulatory risks.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable case resolutions.
- Represent clients in court hearings and other proceedings across North Carolina as needed.
- Collaborate closely with division Partners to ensure accurate reporting of activity and results.
