This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Installation and Programming Install, program, and configure electronic fences, gate operating systems, and access control barriers
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of access control systems to ensure optimal performance
- System Integration Integrate access control systems with other security and building management systems.
- Technical Support Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of access control systems
- Documentation Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare detailed reports on system performance and issues
- Compliance Ensure all installations and operations comply with relevant safety and security standards and regulations
- Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Education High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in access control systems, electronic security systems, or a related field
- Technical Skills Proficiency in programming and configuring access control systems, electronic fences, and gate operating systems. Knowledge of networking and system integration
- Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environments, and perform tasks that may require climbing ladders or working in confined spaces
- Certifications Relevant certifications such as Certified Access Control Technician (CACT) or similar are a plus
