Job Summary

What You’ll Do
- Monitor inbound and outbound communication from customers and from team members.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the resources available.
- Respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct research, read catalogs, manuals, and diagrams to determine correct parts and tools for our customers.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Ability to work in a CSR program.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Great organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Attendance and Punctuality
- Familiarity with CRM Systems and practices.
- Experience in the tire industry (recommended)
