We are seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial pools in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on experience with plumbing and electrical systems, specifically for pool pumps, filters, valves, and controls. Additional skills in root cause analysis, HVAC, and construction are advantageous. The ideal candidate should also be able to train and mentor junior staff. The position may involve overnight travel and requires a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment errors and/or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Installation and commission of heating, filtration, chemical treatment, VFD's and other mechanical systems at commercial aquatic facilities
- Schedule 80 and CPVC plumbing installation and repair
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Interaction with vendors, contractors, and customers
- Full comprehension of operation & technical aspects of equipment including pool water chemistry/water balance parameters
- Provide timely, accurate and detailed service report documentation
- Valid Driver’s License and Clear DMV Record.
- Technical experience electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing and/or HVAC.
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs.
- General facility maintenance training.
- Fluent English required Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
- Critical thinker/problem solver/team oriented..
- Able to work overtime.
- Willing to travel/spend nights away from home.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Able to drive long distances.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- AFO/CPO certifications are a plus.
