Your Role as a Parts Fulfillment Specialist
As a Parts Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that Euro-Wall’s dealer network and end users receive the parts they need, accurately and on time. Your role will involve processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Order Processing & Tracking
âś” Experience Customer service experience (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)
âś” Skills Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
âś” Tech-Savvy Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and ERP platforms
âś” Mindset Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities
âś” Bonus Prior experience in inventory or parts fulfillment is a plus, but not required

Your Role as a Parts Fulfillment Specialist
As a Parts Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that Euro-Wall’s dealer network and end users receive the parts they need, accurately and on time. Your role will involve processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Order Processing & Tracking
- Process warranty and non-warranty part requests efficiently and accurately
- Work with the department manager to implement tracking systems and ensure timely deliveries
- Keep parts request logs updated to support reporting and quality control efforts
- Generate reports on part fulfillment metrics and recommend process improvements
- Assess warranty claims and coordinate resolutions with engineering, production, and field service teams
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable for accurate billing and cost management
- Communicate promptly and professionally with end users, dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all customer interactions align with Euro-Wall’s commitment to excellence
