What You’ll Do
- Following the Shipment Inspection Checklist, conduct quality assessment measures of all products ready to be shipped, including product returns from customers.
- Resolve quality-related issues while adhering to deadlines.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Accurate and timely inspection/calibration of our monitoring and measuring devices.
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic quality meetings.
- Technician will also be cross trained in other areas, including, but not limited to Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Control.

- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Strong attention to detail and good vision.
- Solid judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work overtime as required by the needs of the business.
- Ability to work well with others, follow instructions and meet company goals.
- Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in written form.
- Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and meet quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
- Experience with Microsoft Tools (especially Excel, Word).
- ISO90012015 experience is a plus.
