- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Headquarters to maintain stock availability
- Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Oversee all aspects of the location’s operations, including order fulfillment, deliveries, and on-site logistics
- Manage on-site staff and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Ensure that all event installations are completed according to client specifications, including furniture placement, setup, and linen arrangements
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, loading, and transportation of rental items
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedules, ensuring the timely execution of all event tasks
- Manage event breakdown and return logistics, ensuring that all company materials are accounted for and returned in good condition
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly
- Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that all on-site staff follow safety protocols and company policies during event installations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 5 years of experience in event operations or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, operations, or a related field is preferred
- APICS Certification is a plus
- Experience managing large-scale events and coordinating on-site staff
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Experience working with event planners, venues, and corporate clients is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality and rental industry is a plus
- Knowledge of event logistics, furniture, tabletop, and décor rentals is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with basic geometric functions is a plus.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- Familiarity with fulfillment technology and systems
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor
