- Scheduling & Coordination Manage the scheduling of service orders, start-ups, and training sessions; maintain up-to-date schedules for service technicians.
- Documentation & Compliance Submit and collect all required documents and permits for project support.
- Cross-Department Collaboration Coordinate with Management, Sales, Accounting, Field, and Office staff.
- Service Management Oversee service order accuracy, exceptions, and completion within established timelines.
- Emergency Response Adjust schedules to respond to emergency calls, notifying customers of any changes.
- Project Management Software Update statuses and create reports as needed to ensure seamless project tracking.
- Experience 2 years in dispatching or customer service (construction or engineering industry experience a plus)
