As a Direct Support Professional, you will plan and provide direct services to individuals living in community, including developing and delivering instruction, supports, and positive role modeling in life skills, community utilization, health care, and social and recreational activities.

The level of support varies from individual to individual, but the mission is the same: serve others so they can direct their own lives as independent, valued members of their community.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide training and supports to individuals served in activities of daily living. You will get to help implement personal plans (the story of the individual you’re serving, including their history, goals, and achievements). You will contribute to developing and maintaining a full and enriching environment.
What you need:
• Be at least 18
• Valid driver's license
• Access to an insured vehicle to use for work purposes (we reimburse mileage)
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Soft Skills including patience, punctuality, empathy, and good judgment.
