The Arc of Greater Brockton is seeking creative and compassionate candidates who want to use their skills to help support individuals with varied abilities to achieve personal goals. The position of Individual Support Staff supports a variety of individuals with disabilities in their homes and in the community. You will help bring about meaningful and positive change in their skill set so that individuals can meet their goals.
This position is based in homes and in community settings, it requires a lot of driving your own vehicle, however, we reimburse for mileage.

The level of support varies from individual to individual, but the mission is the same: assist others so they can direct their lives as independent, valued members of their community.
What you need:
- Be at least 18
- Valid driver license
- Access to an insured vehicle to use for work purposes (we reimburse mileage)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills, such as patience, punctuality, empathy, and good judgment
