Job Summary : The Home CareScheduler supports the office manager and clinical manager in performing dailyoperational functions within Brockton Home Health Care office. Primary dutiesinclude scheduling (communicating shift assignments to caregivers and clients),and HR / payroll management. The ideal candidate has previous experience workingin a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the health care or home health industry, and experience in caregiving.

Jobdescription
Day-to-dayactivities include office reception, ordering of office supplies, preparing meetingminutes, follow up with consumer, assist with implementing and maintainingpatient and personnel files, entering data into CRM and forms, managingscanning, filing, faxing and shredding. Placing outgoing calls to job candidates,conducting initial assist with interviews gathering basic information, andfollow-up with applicants. Assist Maintaining and updating credentials for allstaff. Managing the postal needs, pickups, mailings etc.
