What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Dean position at Brockton Hospital?
This position reports to the Dean of the School of Nursing and the incumbent is responsible for mentoring, coaching and supervision of adjunct faculty and creation and maintenance of contracts for outside agencies. The Assistant Dean also performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the Dean. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Master's degree in nursing required, preferably nursing education specialization and the achievement of the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) designation.
