Our OB / GYN department is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who thrives on providing excellent patient care with an emphasis on safety and quality to join our team. Our dynamic team currently includes eight OB / GYN physicians , three nurse practitioners and two certified nurse midwives. We provide outpatient OB / GYN care at three locations in southeastern MA. Our exceptional Labor and delivery team manages over 1,300 deliveries per year. Our Maternal-Newborn Pavilion offers a private surgical suite and a Level II Special Care Nursery. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Annual exams, including pap smears and other health screenings, and well woman care Birth control and family planning Prenatal and postnatal care for normal pregnancies Care during perimenopause and menopause Management of sexually transmitted diseases Care during acute or chronic medical conditions Education about women’s health issues BENEFITS INCLUDE : 24 days of paid time off One week of paid CME time off per calendar year CME reimbursement of $1,500 per calendar year Reimbursement of licensure renewal fees Tuition assistance up to $2,500 per year Group malpractice coverage provided by Signature Healthcare Requirements : Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program Must have current valid Massachusetts license, MA CSR and Federal DEA Minimum 2 years of experience required
