This individual will play a vital role in guiding patients with Substance Use Disorder(s) (SUD) along their path to recovery, providing support, advocacy, and guidance every step of the way.
The Peer Recovery Coach will be responsible for mentoring patients, connecting them with internal and community resources, and helping them develop relapse prevention plans.
