The Brockton Public School District seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to work with students in grades Pre K-5 to provide consultative behavioral and evaluative services for prevention and intervention purposes in the school setting. The BCBA conducts systematic behavioral assessments, including FBA’s, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results. The BCBA will collaborate and consult with other providers regarding behavior plans, curriculum modifications, accommodations, and social skills, and will develop, review and edit IEP goals for behavior needs. BCBAs provide training, modeling, and coaching to school staff on the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior change procedures and protocols.
