Subject: Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) Project Facilitator
Qualifications:
•Minimum of an associate degree in early childhood or related fields, preferred.
•Knowledge and/or experience with the early childhood mixed delivery system.
•Experience in community collaboration.
•Knowledge of best practices in early literacy, preferred.
•Preference for a candidate that is multilingual.
•Ability to be flexible with days and times – this position may require evening and weekend activities.
Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
•Ensure CFCE goals and programs are implemented according to Department of Early Education and Care’s requirements.
•On-site support and/or conducting CFCE sponsored playgroups, workshops, Parent Cafes, and family engagement activities
with a strong focus on early literacy, i.e., Raising a Reader.
•Use resources such as The MA Strengthening Partnership Frameworks or Strengthening Families in planning activities.
•Assist in hiring, onboarding/training, and supervising the CFCE Family Ambassadors.
•Collect and maintain CFCE grant referral data and submit to EEC monthly and quarterly.
•Manage Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) implementation.
•Build strong, collaborative relations with community early education partners.
•Help families access local comprehensive services and provide support to strengthen families.
•Contribute to the grant application and amendment activities.
•Actively participate and/or facilitate CFCE Advisory Council meetings.
•Skilled at working independently and collaboratively.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the Early Childhood Grants and Programs Coordinator.
