Moran, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources SUBJECT:Future Educators’ Club (FEC) Advisor (One per middle school) Minimum Qualifications: Ability and desire to introduce middle school students to the field of education Duties and Responsibilities: Advertise and recruit middle school students for participation in FEC Schedule after school club meetings and events Attend up to two one-hour meetings in preparation for club kick-off date Prepare and share agenda of meetings Maintain data on attendance of students and report to the FEC supervisor Share resources with other FEC advisors Track and maintain data on attendance of students Complete Diversification Grant requirements Develop a sustainable plan to continue club in subsequent school years Compensation: $2,000 Stipend Grant Funded (Teacher Diversification Grant)
