Subject: Support Staff for Brockton High School Junior Prom for Students with Disabilities
Brockton Public Schools is seeking support staff for students attending the Brockton High School Junior Prom
Qualifications:
•Experience working with students with disabilities at the high school level, especially in a social or event setting, is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and provide appropriate support.
•Patience, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
•Assist students with mobility or other physical needs, ensuring their safety during the event.
•Provide guidance and support as needed for students with sensory, communication, or behavioral needs.
•Facilitate inclusion and promote social engagement among students.
Location: Taunton Conference Center
Event Date: Friday May 2, 2025
Hours: 5:30pm-10:30pm
