The Brockton Rox are looking for a Corporate Partnership Intern for the 2025 season. This internship is unpaid and with the option to earn college credit.
Who We Are:
The Brockton Rox are a professional baseball team in the MLB-partnered Frontier League. The Rox are the newest franchise of the Frontier League, but come with a rich history in the City of Champions. The Rox play at Campanelli Stadium, located in Brockton, Massachusetts. Fans and other members of the media can stay up-to-date with all Rox content through their social media channels @BrocktonRox.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate Partnership team with gameday and non-gameday communications and outreach to current Corporate Partners.
- Conduct research to identify potential corporate partner prospects.
- Assist Corporate Partnership team with fulfillment and execution of each contract.
- Assist with collecting data, photos, and proof of performance metrics for post season partner recaps.
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events for Corporate Partners.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, promotions, communications, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Represent the Crushers at community events and mascot appearances (as needed).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to problem solve quickly, work efficiently in an intense environment
- Previous sports experience a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
- Some heavy lifting is required
General Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 5 hours during an event
- Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain and heat
