Available Positions:
- Cashiers: Handle customer transactions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
- Servers: Take orders, deliver food and drinks, ensure customers are satisfied, and maintain a friendly, energetic attitude throughout the shift.
- Bartenders: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities/Characteristics:
- You will work directly under the Food and Beverage Director to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
- Game day duties can vary depending on fluctuating schedule and any sudden tasks or requests that arise throughout the day.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing tasks are essential.
- Ensure that every customer has a great experience by providing excellent service and maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous food service or customer service experience is optional but a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old (for some roles, age requirements may vary).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work most events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds.
