Position Summary:
As a member of the Ticket Office Staff, you will be on the front lines of the fan experience at Brockton Rox home games and events. Your primary responsibilities include managing walk-up ticket sales, scanning tickets at stadium entry points, and providing friendly, efficient service to ensure fans have a smooth and enjoyable start to their game day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process walk-up ticket sales and resolve ticketing issues at box office windows
- Scan tickets at stadium entrances and assist guests with digital or mobile ticketing
- Provide information about seating, pricing, promotions, and stadium policies
- Troubleshoot ticketing concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain accuracy in cash and credit transactions, adhering to company procedures
- Work collaboratively with other ticketing and guest services team members to manage entry flow and fan needs
- Ensure ticketing areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable handling cash and operating ticketing software or point-of-sale systems
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to mobile ticketing platforms and procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in ticketing, customer service, or box office operations is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable interacting with large crowds and assisting fans of all ages
