Position Overview:
In this role, you will conduct inspection of final assemblies and incoming components. Brodersons are customer favorites because of their legendary quality. Heavy-duty, light profile Brodersons are the ideal cranes for heavy lifting challenges. They are the intelligent choice for end-users and rental fleets. Essential Functions:
- Inspection of all final assemblies, incoming parts from outside suppliers, and nonconforming products.
- Provides technical support for production.
- Performs 1st article inspections and vendor audits.
- Active participant in safety programs to promote a goal of zero injuries and incidents.
- Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all company policies to eliminate and/ or reduce exposure to liability.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries
- Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals (both internal and external)
- Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Companywide policies to eliminate and/or reduce exposure to liability
- Special projects or work as assigned

What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with others.
- Requires knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; requires an eye for detail.
- Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and work rules/ procedures.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Verifiable experience with reading and interpreting blueprint drawings.
- Experience using various measuring devices.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 2 year certificate/ degree.
- 3 years of verifiable inspection experience.
Work Environment:
- This is a production classification and employees work in a factory or warehouse environment with exposure to noise and machinery. The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/ cold, wet/ humid, and dry/ arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
Physical Demands:
- Accurate hand/ eye coordination is required.
- Finger dexterity as well as hand strength with ability to grasp, lift, push and pull required.
- Work involves considerable climbing, twisting, bending, squatting, and kneeling for long periods of time.

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
