Brodhead Chevrolet is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates for repairs
- Explain repair options and recommendations to customers
- Manage the service department's workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Work closely with BDC department on scheduling appointments
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Proficiency in auto estimating and providing accurate repair quotes
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
