Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with players to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during and after games
- Build relationships with fans, facilities and the community to support our growing brand
- Set up and take down Brodie signage and equipment
- Ensure that all games start and end at the correct times
- Enforce league rules to ensure safe play during games
- Record short cell phone videos of gameplay for Brodie Instagram stories
- Assist with any incidents and injuries as appropriate
- Schedule games, referees, facilities and staff
- Communicate with players through emails and DMs
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basketball rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous management experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- A love of basketball and a passion for sports
Schedule:
Friday - 7pm-12am
Saturday - 5pm-10pm
Sunday - 3pm-8pm
Part-time hours:
15-20 hours per week
Opportunity to grow to full time within the year
Compensation:
$25 per hour
