Our growing chiropractic clinic is expanding once again, and we're looking for a dedicated Office Manager & Chiropractic Assistant to join our energetic team. You'll be instrumental in leading our team, driving product sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Management Duties: Lead the office team by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and fostering a productive and positive work environment. Handle training, scheduling, and support for new and existing employees, ensuring the smooth running of all office functions.
- Sales Responsibilities: Promote and sell medical products and services to patients, providing personalized solutions that meet their needs. Utilize your retail or commission sales experience to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Patient Care: Assist chiropractors during treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Guide patients through exercises and treatments as needed, providing hands-on support.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing inquiries with accuracy. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Customer Service Excellence: Exhibit outstanding communication skills, delivering top-notch service to patients both in person and over the phone.
- Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment, reflecting our commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with trends in chiropractic care, sales techniques, and office management to support the clinic's growth.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Must have previous experience in retail or commission sales. Experience in a chiropractic or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and an ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Availability: Weekend availability is required. Reliable transportation is a must.
- Sales-Driven: Must have a passion for sales with a patient-focused approach. A commission bonus will be available following the training period.
