What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
- Motivate and inspire your team with energy, encouragement, and a positive attitude.
- Ensure top-tier service by monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving expertise.
- Optimize scheduling and efficiency, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Track key performance metrics and drive process enhancements.
- Work closely with leadership on initiatives that elevate customer experience and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of customer service experience.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced office or call center setting.
- A high-energy, charismatic leader who keeps teams engaged and performing at their best.
- Composure under pressure—you handle customer escalations like a pro.
- Office manager experience (strongly preferred) with expertise in efficiency and team motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Pivot Tables are a plus!
- Strong coaching, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Pest control industry experience is a plus, but not required.
