What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Paralegal position at BROFSKY GREEN LLC?
Busy domestic relations law firm located in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time paralegal to assist with all aspects of family law matters.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in family law, should be comfortable working in a high-paced, deadline driven environment, and should have familiarity with preparing Rule 401 Financial Statements, assembling Rule 410 responses, drafting outgoing discovery, analyzing incoming discovery, drafting pleadings and assisting with preparation for depositions, hearings and trials.
Candidate should also have excellent written, analytical, and organizational skills as well as possess the ability to work well with others while also working independently. Paralegal certification is preferred but not required. We are seeking an individual who is interested in a long-term position with a great work/life balance. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
