What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver and Market Team Leader position at Brogue Hydroponics?
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand/stoop/bend throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift 40-50lbs
- Must have driver's license and comfortable driving full size vans and box truck (or a willingness to learn)
- Maintain a clean and organized market
- Make big beautiful display selling produce, and giving excellent customer service
- Overseeing and supervise market staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Must previous customer service and/or delivery experience
- Prefer a love food good produce, a plus
Hours for this position: Day- Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Farmer's Market Stand team leader job involves loading van, driving to and from market, setting up, making displays, greeting and selling produce to customers, record inventory using Google Sheets, help with quality control, and keeping crew engaged and busy! Market days can vary from 10-13 hour days and weekends are a must. Promote and push new perishable items working to sell
