Baseball Stadium Cleaning Technician - Brokate Janitorial (Springfield, MO)
Brokate Janitorial is looking for reliable seasonal stadium custodians who are able to execute scheduled cleaning tasks with detail and efficiency. Stadium custodians clean outdoors during and after the Missouri State Bears and Springfield Cardinals games at Hammons Field. This seasonal cleaning position pays weekly.
Position: Seasonal Stadium Cleaning Technician
No experience necessary.
Seasonal Team Member Hourly Compensation: $15.00/hour
Shift Availability:
- Seasonal: March through September
- Weekday and Weekends: Tuesday through Sunday (home stance)
- Evenings & Late Nights (post-game)

Stadium Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
- Physical - Must be capable of working on your feet for long hours, being able to bend, pull, push and lift 50lbs without limitations.
- Reliable – Must maintain excellent attendance and provide proper notice for absences.
- Detail Oriented - Safely perform tasks with high level of detail, while looking for areas outside the regular routine that need attention.
- Time Management - Complete cleaning tasks in budgeted time allotted for the facilities as assigned.
- Transportation – Must have reliable transportation to and from Hammons Field.
- Communication – Must communicate effectively with direct Supervisor with supply needs, equipment and facility issues that arise.
- Environment - Must be able to remain outdoors throughout the duration of the scheduled shift.
