Real Estate Director of Operations

- Salary: $52,000-$77,000/year (based on experience & skill set)

The Role
We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Director of Operations to oversee our dynamic real estate business across two office locations. This is a VERY fast-paced position requiring exceptional multitasking abilities and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative team/staff of approx five
- Oversee approximately 20-30 real estate agents
- Report directly to the owner
- Make critical business decisions
- Delegate tasks efficiently
- Implement systems to improve operations
- Problem-solve complex situations daily
- Prioritize competing demands with minimal direction
- Oversee New construction department
- Supervise Commercial & Residential Divisions
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions
- Proficiency with:
- Google Workspace
- Realcomp MLS
- ShowingTime
- Follow Up Boss
- CPIX experience preferred
- Real estate license preferred but not required
- Desire for personal and professional growth
