Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Robotics Scientist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic systems tailored for construction sites and public cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, artificial intelligence, and mechatronics, combined with a passion for solving complex problems in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop autonomous robotic systems for construction and public cleaning applications.
- Conduct research and apply advanced AI/ML techniques for navigation, object recognition, and task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic systems with existing tools and platforms.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on robotic designs in real-world environments.

Qualifications:
Education:
- PhD or Master’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in robotics development or a related field.
- Proven track record of working on robotic systems for industrial applications (construction, cleaning, or similar fields preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in robotics design, control systems, and automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or MATLAB.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications, such as computer vision and deep learning.
