Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Robotics Scientist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic systems tailored for construction sites and public cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, artificial intelligence, and mechatronics, combined with a passion for solving complex problems in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop autonomous robotic systems for construction and public cleaning applications.
• Conduct research and apply advanced AI/ML techniques for navigation, object recognition, and task automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotic systems with existing tools and platforms.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on robotic designs in real-world environments.
• Optimize systems for efficiency, durability, and environmental sustainability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in robotics, AI, and automation.

Qualifications:

Education:

• PhD or Master’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in robotics development or a related field.
• Proven track record of working on robotic systems for industrial applications (construction, cleaning, or similar fields preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in robotics design, control systems, and automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or MATLAB.
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications, such as computer vision and deep learning.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in robotics design.
• Hands-on experience with robotic arms, drones, or mobile robots.
• Familiarity with the challenges and regulations in the construction and public cleaning sectors.
