Seeking a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team!
Compensation : Negotiable, based on experience.
Schedule : Monday - Thursday 6 : 45-3 : 30.
Our ideal Dental Insurance Coordinator has experience working in a dental office, is well organized and can multi-task, and should be detail oriented.
Duties for our Dental Insurance Coordinator include :
- Greeting patients and scheduling appointments.
- Verify Insurance via Weave, Webportal or over the phone.
- Collect patient payments and post them in patient ledgers.
- Prepare and review treatment plans with patients.
- Communicating patient insurance benefits and coverage with patients.
- Handling customer service for patients.
- Ensure all OSHA guidelines are met.
- Enter patient insurance data into our patient electronic medical record and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Marketing, and managing social media.
- Referral communications with specialist offices.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in the dental field preferred
