Broken English Jewelry is seeking a full-time Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at our beautiful store in Santa Monica at the Brentwood Country Mart!
Our luxury jewelry boutique is one of the leading retailers of jewelry. We are looking for someone with superior customer service skills, an established client book, exceptional sales experience selling luxury products, computer skills, and most importantly a team player.
Primary Accountability :
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining client lists and reaching sales goals, as well as other administrative duties. This person must be energetic and enthusiastic, willing to engage customers with a sales-minded attitude, and display pride in our stores through strong work ethics, organizational skills, and cleanliness.
Major Duties :
- Assist the efforts of all sales floor procedures
- Client interfacing and sales
- Maintain and build upon client relationships
- Maintain solid communication and feedback relationship with store management
- Ensure interior and exterior of the store is kept to company standards
- Maintain team environment with colleagues
- Opening and closing of the store
- Assist in all store operational tasks (inventory, cash protection, and loss prevention, overhead and supply costs, and any other tasks that might be required)
- All other duties as assigned
