Compensation: Full-time, Depending upon experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday on property

Location: Broken Sound Club - 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496

Position Summary:

The Data Analyst works closely with various departments to support the organization's data-related needs. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and assist with budget management. The Data Analyst also contributes to the development of data systems, conducts performance analysis, and prepares reports for Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Department Heads.

• Collects and analyzes data from different departments, using tools like Excel, data management software, and internal systems to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Oversite of implementation and continued success of AI dashboard to bring together multiple software systems.
• Assists in the preparation of reports and dashboards that track budget adherence, costs, and other performance metrics.
• Develops and maintains automated systems for financial data reporting and analysis, ensuring alignment with the companys policies and procedures.
• Provides insights into financial trends by analyzing historical data, identifying patterns, and making recommendations for improvements.
• Performs routine audits on data accuracy and integrity to ensure that the information used in reporting is correct and reliable.
• Supports the development and improvement of internal control systems by analyzing data flows and identifying potential areas of risk.
• Collaborates with the Accounting team to prepare for audits, ensuring all data is accessible and organized.
• Prepares and presents analytical reports for management, assisting in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Assists with ad-hoc analytical requests from the Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and other department heads.
• Supports ongoing data management and improvement projects as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel, data analysis tools, and company-specific data systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrates accuracy in data handling and analysis.
• Works quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Adapts to changing work environments and demands.
• Displays strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Hospitality or country club experience a plus
• Software knowledge in North Star, Club essentials or Jonas software a plus
• At least 3 plus years of experience in a data analysis or business analysis role.
• Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve data-related problems and interpret trends.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
• The employee must occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Requires extended period of time sitting, working at a computer.
