Responsibilities and Duties
- Elevate our phone sales strategies to renew energy services among our valued existing customers
- Execute daily phone calls to maximize renewal opportunities, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible
- Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative retention data by meticulously examining existing customer information
- Serve as a subject matter expert to both internal and external clients, offering expert insights and guidance
- Consistently assess and fine-tune the renewal process to enhance efficiency while aligning with company objectives
- Cultivate strong connections and effective communication with both internal and external partners
- Skillfully track and organize information in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Master internal software tools and programs critical to supporting ongoing business activities
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Phone Sales or Account Management in an office setting
- Ability to make 50-75 calls daily to close renewal energy deals
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, coupled with a clear and engaging speaking style
- Outstanding ability to actively listen and understand
- Strong closing and sales abilities
- Energy Industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business, or other relevant field or 5 years sales experience in front line or phone sales
- Smart, curious, detail oriented, self-motivated with excellent administrative and customer service skills
- Positive, upbeat, and encouraging disposition
- Proficiency in performing and tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to utilize persuasive techniques and unwavering determination to boost conversion rates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Familiarity with sales principles and a strong grasp of customer service practices

Total Compensation
- $40,000 - $55,000 Commission
Work-Life Balance

At BOX we work in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, we have the ability to work from home.
