Responsibilities and Duties


  • Elevate our phone sales strategies to renew energy services among our valued existing customers
  • Execute daily phone calls to maximize renewal opportunities, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible
  • Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative retention data by meticulously examining existing customer information
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to both internal and external clients, offering expert insights and guidance
  • Consistently assess and fine-tune the renewal process to enhance efficiency while aligning with company objectives
  • Cultivate strong connections and effective communication with both internal and external partners
  • Skillfully track and organize information in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Master internal software tools and programs critical to supporting ongoing business activities


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in Phone Sales or Account Management in an office setting
  • Ability to make 50-75 calls daily to close renewal energy deals
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, coupled with a clear and engaging speaking style
  • Outstanding ability to actively listen and understand
  • Strong closing and sales abilities
  • Energy Industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business, or other relevant field or 5 years sales experience in front line or phone sales
  • Smart, curious, detail oriented, self-motivated with excellent administrative and customer service skills
  • Positive, upbeat, and encouraging disposition
  • Proficiency in performing and tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to utilize persuasive techniques and unwavering determination to boost conversion rates
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Familiarity with sales principles and a strong grasp of customer service practices

Total Compensation


  • $40,000 - $55,000 Commission


Work-Life Balance

At BOX we work in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday and Friday, we have the ability to work from home.

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
